Fund of Funds or Fund Finance
I'm currently deciding between two offers:
- FOF role covering funds investing, co-investments and a bit of secondaries (mainly as a syndicate investor) with the former two being a bigger focus
- Fund finance (primarily sub lines) / sponsors coverage
Both roles pay about the same and I was wondering which one would be better from a long-term perspective
Both are totally different so depends on what you prefer.
I'd rather do FoF than boring ass sub lines.
