IB transcript/background checking

Just wanted to post this to hear from you guys about your experience. Will bank take my offer back if I have a poor GPA finally?

During the application stage, I am a postgraduate student, but I only submitted my undergraduate grades, and did not involve any postgraduate grades in CV. I stated that my postgraduate grades are not available yet. But now I am going to get a complete postgraduate transcript, and my grades are very bad (just enough to graduate). In the final background check, they asked for my postgraduate grades. I would like to ask if they will take back my offer in this case?

The position I am interviewing for is not a front office position. The interview content includes a lot of technical tests, and there is no specific GPA requirement in the job description. Does this mean that this position does not care so much about GPA?
