Getting a Meeting time?

its my first day at WallStreet Oasis, I have heard a lot of good reviews about WSO. From my first glance WSO looks very resourceful. I am 2nd year student in Finance. I recently met briefly with Director of Strategic initiatives at a financial company and she provided me her contact info to find out more about her role: I need assistance on how to precisely ask her to get to meet her and learn more about her role. What are some do & donts when asking someone for meeting. Should I do it over the email or over the phone.

Thank you

Give her a call - she is more likely to pick up. If you get her machine, leave a message, and if she doesn't call you back, shoot her an email a day later.

what kind of content I should have in my conversation with her? My main goal is to set up a face to face meeting with her.

It is unlikely that you will be able to arrange one. This should not be your goal for the conversation.
