getting into a boutique in Seattle

I'm a graduating senior at a non target that will be attending pharmacy school next year at UCSF. However, I do want to increase my business acumen as I regret not being a finance major whilst in undergrad.I am a microbiology major, but my mathematical reasoning skills are probably better than most (I scored perfect on my SAT math) . I really am fascinated with how banks work and would love to work at a boutique bank. I live in Seattle. What is the best way to break into a boutique bank at this time. I plan on starting my own business so I figure why not learn from the best ;)
