getting into banking being a non recent graduate
question for all of you
i am currently working in a client facing associate role with institutional clients for a large asset manager (around 2 yrs of experience) prior i was working in insurance for about a year.
i am now considering a career shift to banking. do first even hire analysts outside campus recruits and even with a few years of experience like myself?
any suggestions would be helpful
thanks

anyone else have experiences or heard stories?
