Sophomore recruiting for IB. I find myself getting stuck in recruiting sometimes... meaning i'll have two weeks where i talk to 5 people from a firm and they bounce me to each other but then for one reason or the other the last person won't respond to an email. Then it is two months later and I haven't spoken to anyone at the firm. How do you exactly "keep in touch" between an initial phone call and resume drops?
