Getting through GATEKEEPERS

Hi there, so I reached out to someone, but their assistant responded with a time for a phone conversation. The e-mail is vague, so I'm not sure if this is a convo with the assistant or the actual person I originally e-mailed.

So let's assume this is a convo with the assistant, how do I go about basically convincing the assistant to let me get access to the person I originally emailed?

Thanks in advance guys, and, as always, any help is appreciated!

Be nice to her and make her feel special. Kind of hit on her like you'd hit on a woman even older than MILF status - you aren't trying to get laid and the lady knows it, you're just making the person feel good about themself and they appreciate the gesture.

SImple. Draw a sequential strategy game so you have the information sets of (actual person, convince), (not actual person, convince), (actual person, does not convince), (not actual person, does not convince). Figure out the associated payoffs for each of this for you and for the the recruiter. Find the NE and you'll know what you should do.

SirTradesaLotThe assistant is not scheduling a meeting with her, she's scheduling it for her boss. That's what assistants do for a living.

Wait, is she hot? If so I won't mind having a meeting with her instead...

Seriously thou, I can't believe the OP actually believed that the assistant was going to interview him herself. Use some common sense man.
