Ghosted by Employers?
There was this MM IBD firm that came to my school. Their presentation said they were gonna do first rounds around March 31-April 3 but I haven't heard from them since submitting my application around March 25th. Online platform says 'Application Received'. Is it common practice for firms to ghost candidates they decide not to move forward with? Or will they let me know somehow? Appreciate any advice!
