Gift for Associate Promotion
Hi all,
Any recommendations for a gift for boyfriend's associate promotion? Currently an analyst at an IB & he'll be going to associate. Unlimited budget, looking to avoid things like the Ferragamo ties etc, what do you all think are great gifts you'd love to receive?
Give him a VP promotion
A tie like you mentioned is a good idea. I would also consider a nice Cartier or Montblanc pen.

A sloppy Bj is an underrated best gift. A nice decently priced watch would be a close second (think Tag or Hamilton)

If he likes whiskey I second that. Plenty of bottles that are way to expensive to justify buying myself, as gift they’d be awesome tho.
I’ve heard some of the best gifts are nicer items they wouldn’t normally buy in hobbies they like. So like a really nice bottle of whiskey or wine, nice suit if they really like suits, top end workout gear if they like the gym, stuff like that.
