Weren't they trying to sell themselves recently?
Gleacher's not doing particularly well at the moment - they're trying to sell, so I doubt they're really hiring, and even if they were I doubt they'd be a good firm to join.
With regards to interviews, I feel like they won't be much different from interviews at other elite boutiques, like Centerview or Evercore.
