This monkey is right. I'm quite sure I did a pretty good fucking job, at least enough to get a first round interview.
Now why would they ask for your CV if everything is anonymized? Barclays doesn't. Their whole "we don't care about your profile, only what you can do" is most probably PR bullshit.
Do you mean the questions in the original app or the interview?
Yes. I did good in the other two questions, but it was the first question that didn’t get me in
