When do you have to make your decision by r.e. Gleacher? On a side note, be careful about doxxing yourself. I can't imagine there are many interns at William Blair in London...
Networked with someone who used to work at Gleacher and said the office in london was by far one of the most depressing places. It was like a library and there was just dead silence every single day
People are nice, very UK based but it’s tiny (c.40-50 people). Deal experience is mixed. The flow isn’t great but you do get very good exposure on what is available. Exit Ops tends to be to other banks (mostly people lateralling to solid BBs)
Culture / WLB is good on the whole and seniors give you the time of day

I would advise you to take this down - you can very easily get recognised

Oh okay. Thank you for your input. Can you tell me more about the deal flow, comp, exit opportunities?
Also how would you position it vs Jefferies, Baird, Blair, Arma?
Not so many international staff, office is old looking, they don’t have standing desks
Previously spent some time there:
