GMAT hunts me down again?
Hey All,
I had a low gmat score in the range of 580-600 :(
however, due to my work experiences and profile i managed to get to a target school and moreover get a scholarship :)
i am applying for graduate programs and most of them require that i mention my gmat score. i am planning to say that I was entered w/o gmat score or used other entrance exams.
will this be a problem later on? if i am extended an offer will they ask for test results?
Why don't you tell your whole story. I'm sure a lot of fellow monkeys, myself included, would love to hear how you go into a Target Grad school with a low gmat.
I can't help you on your question besides suggesting that you be honest.
don't lie lol
yeah lying never comes back around to hurt you or anything.
target school? for b school? and now youre reapplying for other grad biz programs?
do you have actual other entrance exams for these programs?
Do you mean graduate programs as in jobs for grad students? Because what you said makes zero sense.
Yes I mean graduate program jobs. My school allows other entrance exams as well.
Depending on the type of program you apply to, they may attempt to verify your test results. Also, I know most graduate programs don't let you in without either the GMAT or the GRE. If you haven't taken either, you could easily be called out. If you really do have an impressive profile, I think you're better off disclosing...
