Going back to IB in 2026 - state of lateral recruiting?
Did BB banking in a top tier group, LMM PE at an early stage fund to get "outsized" responsibility, and corporate for a year. How doable is it to back into banking as an associate or senior associate at a decent shop / bank in 2026? When is the best time to target firms? Appreciate any insight / thoughts.
