I'd definitely say Harris Williams. They're widely known to "go to bat" for their analysts. To the point where I'm not sure if a Harris Williams analyst has ever had to bat for himself or even touched a bat or handled a bat. The senior guys definitely handle the bats of all the execution staff. It's pretty widely known.
