I just finished the GS HireVue. I was curious whether anyone had insight into what aspects of it they look at the most. It was so awkward to just speak to a camera, does anyone know if they judge more on your tone and how you speak or the content of your answers? Or are they just looking for perfect kids? Thanks any help is great.
