Goldman Sachs London Layoffs Redundancy pay
Hey guys, my friend is at risk of being made redundant, was at the firm for a couple of years, anyone knows how much is redundancy pay in London? I heard it's notice + either 1 week or 1 month salary per year of service. Anyone knows for sure? Is there any opportunity for negotiations?
As far as I know usually banks give you out 1 month per year of service, but some people claim GS gives only 1 week... Tech division if it matters
