Toxic culture from what I heard
Any insight as to why it's the case? Is it because of bad seniors or overstaffed juniors etc.
stingy seniors, emotionally and professionally disabled mid levels, workload tends to go downwards to juniors with shit pay. And fyi 5 analysts and associates left within one / two months this year.
