Goldman Sachs SA Application Deadline Question

This is through a page for webinars and it says that the application deadline was December 5th. Was that the final deadline for all SA applications or only the deadline for that specific program. The actual careers page says "The deadline for the 2012 program has passed. Please check back in Fall 2012 for the 2013 application deadline." Thanks in advance to anyone who can clear this up.
I believe gs is closed. every year the banks start recruiting earlier to grab talent ASAP...
GS definitely hasn't done OCR yet at my target. I think this is only for the early SA recruiting GS has?
