Goldman sachs WTA, need help please!

Okay, so i tried searching for any help i could find on women trader's academy programme at goldman sachs here but weridly i found nothing. So, i need help. I was not able to grab a nice score last semester and let's just say it's not even decent to apply for goldman sachs. So I want a bang on cover letter (if not bang on at least a decent one so i have a chance for interview). Any suggestions on how to approach would be great. Also any girl who has been through the process selected/unselected, it would be great and very helpful to listen to your advice.

A brief about what the programme is so you guys can help me better. -Interactive three month programme -distance learning on trading -Three day onsite training in london office

Thanks a ton in advance! :)
