It seems there's a couple of new multibillion dollar deals in the headlines everyday recently. Today I just read the Diamond Foods and Pringles are merging in a $2B+ deal and TI is buying National Semi for $6.5b.
So, are IBs going to have a banner year this year?
yes this year is gonna be pretty sweet compared at least to the past couple of years
There's a lot pointing to 2011 being a resurgent year for M&A.
2010 was a helluva year for Canadian M&A....first quarter is showing a pretty scorching start to the year up north again.
