Gordon Dyal & Co

Can anybody provide more color on the firm? I know they are in the process of hiring some juniors right now it seems. I've seen the prior articles here but not much actual detail on what the comp is and what the experience is like. Anybody with experience or knowledge here please weigh in!

Literally no one knows unless you work there, but I’m sure they pay well above street. Maybe $350k+ cash as Aso1 comp, but who knows. They’re like 15 people or something, including Dyal himself, and they’ve been on multiple multi-billiom dollar deals over the last few years. For example, they were the sole advisor to BMS in their $13bn acquisition of MyoKardia, so there is certainly money to go around based on the fees and almost zero overhead.
