You'll be fine as long as you make it clear that you have a slight problem but why do you want to work in finance if you're aware of your situation?
I sympathize with your problem but as long as you can act normal I do not think you have an issue. That said, many people I know very well who work on wall street lack the 'normal human' aspect to their personality in varying degrees - take it for what it is worth. Good luck!
