GPA After Offer

Looking to get details on how your GPA performance post-offer can affect your employment.

My situation specifically is that I signed my SA offer and also am a transfer. My GPA at my old school was 3.9+, but I'm struggling at my new school esp this semester. At what point will my firm check in on my new GPA, if at all.

When they ask for my GPA, can I resubmit the cumulative of both schools? Will they ever see my new school GPA alone? How much time do I have to fix this before they ask (will it be senior year and then I have a lot of time to get it back up?
