A quick question for anyone who can shed light on this topic:
How significant is undergrad school/GPA to recruiting post an analyst stint? Some background to the question: I'll be starting at a BB this summer and my GPA dipped slightly (to 3.5ish) due to some senior year slacking (I go to a semi-target). How much importance is placed on IB work experience/performance relative to undergrad school/performance in exit opp hiring? I figure this will vary with what you want to do afterwords, but any general insight would be helpful. Thanks.
