Can base salary and/or sign on bonus be different for entry level graduate programmes within the same firm and division? ie. BB bank M&A graduate salary.
If this is the case, what could be the reason behind this?

It s the same for all publicly traded M&A shops (I.e. BB). If you re an AN0 to AS3 Pro rata is identical. The bank does this to avoid discrimination lawsuits
this includes sign-on bonuses regardless of which coverage team?
