GRADES… be all or end all

Hi I am a 15 year old from London, interested in the world of derivatives And I was just wondering Are grades the most important thing for IB. I am a mediocre performer at school because I have dyslexia. I am wondering if I achieve around average grades but have had experience in paper trading, valuation, economics and corporate finance will they still consider me a solid candidate.

Dude chill out you’re 15 if you have dyslexia I would recommend seeking adjustments for exams so you get good grades but again you’re very young and have ways to go before you start uni.
