Graduate in 3 years if given full time offer: yay or nay?
Hey! I'm currently a sophomore at a good target and will likely be interning at a middle market investment bank in the south. In the event that I'm in a position to get a full-time offer at the end of the internship, would it be a good idea to graduate in 3 years to clinch MM IBD full-time? I have enough AP credits and have completed enough of my major and core requirements that I could do it.
Absolutely, if you are content with the position. You could always try to leverage it into a really good group at a BB or Elite Boutique SA position next summer. But, if you're content with the MM gig and/or money is an issue, I don't see any reason to stick around.
Double.
