graduation date and full time offer

I'm kind of in a unique situation. I'm a sophomore right now and networked balls hard to get this middle market IBD internship in a major southeastern city. My graduation date is listed as 2015, but I would be willing to graduate in June 2014 (a full year early) if I could possibly get a full-time offer at this place. How might I go about letting the relevant MD/HR/whomever that I would graduate a year early if they were willing to let me work full-time there the year after? Also, I go to a pretty good target for the bulge brackets. I've thought about staying around for senior year and try to get a bulge bracket IBD internship. Being realistic, though, I think it's pretty unlikely that I could get into Goldman, JP, MS, Credit Suisse, etc. knowing the caliber of students at my school who get into IBD at the top BB's. What are your thoughts on this?
