Just wondering if anyone has heard of Grafton Securities. It is a small boutique based in the UK with an office in Halifax, NS.
If not - what are some qualities you guys look for in a firm, especially a small boutique? Obviously deal flow is key, but if they are involved in a few different areas (IB, ER, S+T), how do you evaluate if they would be a good firm to work for?
