Imo hardos are alright cuz for the most part they're intrinsically motivated or genuinely like finance. It's the 'pretend hardos' who are insufferable
Eh, there are plenty of insufferable real hardos out there. For example, VPs and Associates that get pissy with an Analyst for not responding to every email immediately. Fake hardos are just the dbags who have dick measuring contests about who worked the longest hours in a given week and pretend like it's some badge of honor.
