Can't comment on their interview process, but I would prepare for it like you would for a Baird, Blair or Lazard MM interview. Really, once you get to a certain firm quality level, there is little differentiation in the interview processes. It'll come down to personality and fit, as long as you don't ding yourself with the standard technical questions. Based on seeing their CIMs, and meeting some of their guys, they're a quality and growing MM firm. I think interning there would definitely be worthwhile.
