Group Placement Advice - Junior incoming at a BB this summer
Hi all,
I recruited last year from a non-target and was able to secure a generalist offer at a BB with essentially no alumni.
Wondering if anyone has a good timeline or any advice for how I should navigate group placement which I believe officially comes out in a few months (April ish).
Should I start cold emailing people in groups I want now to connect, should I wait, how can I make sure to get into the top groups? Appreciate any advice.
