Group Placement at Evercore
How is group placement at Evercore? Is it heavily dependent on networking? Do they give preference to those who spent time with that group in their SA stint? What are the most selective groups? Is there still a generalist program/group for analysts?

How do they even decide who gets into coveted groups? I know the summer program is technically generalist but I'm sure it's still tough to get staffed with the T/M/T groups. Is undergrad school a big factor maybe?
