Group Ranks

Monkeys,

There’s a lot of posts about rankings - I wanted to start a new one about Groups. With some banks starting recruiting and going through placement days, it may be beneficial for everyone to know.

So what are the 2-3 bank/groups that come to mind for each major Group. For instance, GS TMT.

For the sake of keeping this clean, maybe we disregard the boutiques. Maybe note the boutique and why it’s besr with that industry/ product.

So what are the ranks?

Whos best with M&A in general? Who has the best HC, TMT, C&R, etc. coverage groups?

If you want to reference league tables - that’s fine. But keep in mind since this is informative, it may be a little misleading to suggest JPMs TMT practice is better than MSs based on fees (not sure if that’s the case) but clearly, we all know it’s largely cause of their B/S not advisory expertise. (No offense JPM - just using your yuge B/S as an example)

Cheers
