I'm a lender side debt finance associate at a mainstay Wall Street law firm. Curious if anyone has insights into the IBD/MBD legal roles at GS as advertised on the GS career site (hours, pay, hiring, typical responsibilities, etc.). Would be interested in learning about any similar roles at banks / funds that are closer to deal execution rather than general counsel positions.
