This is true
S&T SA 2023 was 85K with 2.5K bonus.

Was the same for SA 2022 – interesting that they haven’t followed other banks in making it 110 (or whatever base for FT) prorated…

GS offering 85k in 2022?!?!? What a joke. Sliced free lunches, sliced Ubers, dinner still at 25 and SA making 85k prorated. Why would you work there if u have other offers

You would have to be incredibly foolish to make a decision about where to start your career based on SA pay and Uber/dinner stipends
Also, interns have almost no value add, so being paid in the 95+ percentile of your age group is pretty reasonable imo and certainly not a joke
Yes but for someone who has options like most the target kids who get offers at Goldman, why would you accept a Goldman offer when everywhere else offers more
With PJT raising SA to 120 prorated and other EBs and BBs following suite to 110, would be interesting to see how long the "goldman discount" can be maintained
For real, even MM banks are offering 110k prorated with way better culture
