I'm currently at another BB and am considering lateraling sometime this coming year. Given that GS is known for having some of the highest turnover on the street, I assume they recruit laterals fairly regularly.
That said, how do people usually find out about these openings? Are they mostly filled through referrals, or are there other ways to get visibility into these roles?
