I just wanted to see what everyone thought of Guggenheim IBD for 2016. There were a few threads but they were pretty old. Is Guggenheim on the rise? How is deal flow, pay, hours, culture, and exit ops?

Pay / hours / culture I'm not super clear on as I only know one summer.

Think they are a very good shop and in a few years will be regarded as an EB with the likes of Lazard, Moelis, Evercore, etc. provided they continue getting on high-profile advisory mandates (Verizon / Yahoo, Pfizer / Anacor, Westar / Great Plains, etc.)
