Guggenheim Operations analyst
Anyone know or work at Guggenheim? How is the company culture, pay , etc.
Interviewing for an operations analyst position there and want to get an idea of what I am getting myself into. I know its operations, which isnt the front office by any stretch, but I guess its a foot in the door regardless and I have been having a very hard time getting any interviews.
Anyone have any interview tips, what to expect, technicals? Is it worth going into opps for the potential to move into another area in a year or so?

I hope you didn't end up at this company. Operations group is plagued with unpleasant and unprofessional monkeys. It will be a huge regret and a stepback for your career.
