Guggenheim Structured Products Origination
I am an incoming SA '25 for Guggenheim's SPO Group. I have learned a lot through speaking with members on the team. However, I also wanted to gain some candid feedback as well.
Curious to learn more about: Hours? Culture? Exits?
Are exits mostly into private credit and structured credit funds? If I realize after this summer that SPO is not more me and want a coverage role, how open is Guggenheim to internal laterals?
