That is remarkably specific. http://www.myvisajobs.com/H1B-Visa/Search.aspx</a">Use this website to learn if a company has filed for an H1B in any specified year. Good luck!

Just had my trade dispute rejected by Schwab for a loss of 35k. This single issue alone should be a gigantic red flag to anyone who trades on their platform. If they have a system error, and you do not video record your trading (they actually said this), they will not honour their fuck up. Switching everything away from them. Fuck this company.

For important issues such as H1B, don’t say ‘I think’ if you’re not an insider or haven’t personally been through the recruiting process with the firm. It’s incredibly irresponsible to misinform kids when you’re not certain about these things

Sponsorship in Houston varies by year. I know TPH sponsored kids for the past couple years and they have international analysts in the team. Simmons doesn’t sponsor analyst per HR. With that said, a lot of Houston groups don’t see sponsorship as an issue if you’re good enough. This is my personal experience going through recruiting. You can pm me for more specifics

Banks that do sponsor in Houston: GS, JPM, BAML, Jeffries, CS, Scotia, Evercore, Moelis, Lazard, maybe Barclays.

Maybe I missed one or two, but I did not forget about MS, RBC, Citi, Wells, TPH etc. They do NOT sponsor.

How could you be so sure that those firms don’t sponsor? When it comes to sponsorship, I don’t think it’s 100% positive or negative for most of the firms. A lot of factors go into it (your candidacy, if the group has given other internationals offer already, etc)

I believe RBC still sponsors (source: personal recruiting experience and friend who got sponsored by the group). Citi sponsored last year but not sure what this year is like.
