This question is mostly directed towards international students currently working at banks under an H1b visa and HR people at BB banks.
If an international student receives an offer from a BB and does not get picked in the lottery do BBs usually transfer them overseas to another office? What happens if a candidate does not get picked in the lottery both of the times?
