Why not just go into the office a few days a week to mix it up
Standing desk is an absolute game changer. Nothing beats fighting the post lunch drowsies by sending that desk sky high and hitting a groove in your workflow. You can find yourself standing for 2/3/4 hours just like that and when you go to bed later that evening you actually feel a little bit of physical exhaustion from it. Helps sleep and maintaining some beautifully sculpted calves at the same time.
