Hardo bankers ruining Tech culture

All you hardo bankers coming from elite boutiques and cut-throat groups and moving into tech companies that inherently have a cool, chill, relaxed culture - please do not bring your soulless, cold personalities into tech. You’re ruining the culture. I would believe people leave banking and buy side and move on to the finance/strategic side for tech companies mainly due to the upgrade in culture (less hours and intensity). It seems like every other interview I have for a company that’s known for their “fun” culture, I’m met with a stone-cold robot asshole that came from banking as my interviewer and it’s just so disheartening. I don’t know, this is just my experience so far recruiting for these roles, curious to see if anybody else has been noticing the same trend
