Has anyone had any experiences you could share? If so, how did you do it? It could be in a situation where OCR did not have enough IBD spots or alumni unreliability. Specially to the people from a non-target/semi-target.

I'm at a target and I have friends who are planning on aggressively networking in order to increase their chances at SA. Being at a target means a huge leg up because there's a lot of recruiting, but there's also a lot of people vying for the same positions.
