Have worked every waking hour this weekend

Anyone else? Had to cancel all weekend and holiday plans.

Of course seniors are "out if pocket rest of day" but they need a complete deck asap so juniors grind 15 hour days on memorial day weekend.

Honestly can't do this anymore.  It's not the hours, but the level of disrespect on our time.

The best are the Assoc’s and VPs that will assure you that they are used to the grind and you need to do your part as well-even though for many of them half of their careers or more were COVID-remote.

This industry is full of actors/frauds. Push ALL the work onto the Analysts by saying they’re in a reviewing capacity, then they don’t review shit, and then throw you under the bus when the work isn’t perfect…..after they collect 5x comp as you

My personal favorite is when you’re working with an Assoc and VP, both telling you how important and close the deadlines are, but neither of them can find the time to chip in any work….even tho they collectively make 8X what you make…and you do all the work
