Haven't found SA 2014 Housing? Beautiful NYU Alternative :) Female Roomate Wanted!
Hey Everyone,
I'll be staying at New School University/Parson's Design school's new Kerrey Hall on 5th avenue (picture in corner!) and walking distance to Union Square (it's new, clean and less than 20 minutes to Midtown Manhattan). It's $3300 TOTAL for 10 weeks (a shared room(only option)) Dates are June 1st to August 9th. It's suite style, so a private bathroom, kitchen and living room for the 4 roommates, gym downstairs etc.
- it's only $330 a week compared to NYU at $312 (where no more space is available in any of the union square area dorms).
About Myself: I'll be an investment banking intern at a BB (GS/JPM/MS). Quiet, clean and considerate.
I only have 2 rules.
1. No overnight guests (we'll be sharing the room so it's weird and creepy).
2. Don't kill me in my sleep.
