A2A in a tech coverage group and have been interviewing for strat finance and strat & ops roles since the start of the year. Have gotten to a handful of onsites (case study presentation and subsequent one-on-one interviews with the team) but have yet to make it to the final round with department head.
Curious if anyone else is having difficulty moving into industry and had any advice … thought making this transition would be easier.
