It is so strange that there are some recruiting firms from UK that tried to connect with me.
One of them is Pinpoint and no no no (from other posts with guidance).
Now there is Hayes and Partners. I have never heard of them before. I really do not think there is a scarcity of recruiting firms in the US to search for these funds. I could be wrong.
Please let me know of your thoughts about Hayes.

Hayes sounds familiar - just avoid Pinpoint and Water Search at all costs. The same guy runs both companies.
